Files include minutes; correspondence; questionnaires; and other papers. Minutes (July 2, 1917 - December 29, 1918) include members' names; organizational plan; and publication, form, and committee activity discussion. Correspondence concerns Great Lakes Naval Training Station YMCA activities; and radio, telegraphy, and buzzer signaling courses. Signal Corps Training School questionnaires submitted to the committee include instructors' names; student capacity; and enrollment. Record also includes signal training class reports; committee membership lists; lists of servicemen with electrical experience; speech texts; and supply vouchers.
